Broccoli Cheese Casserole
Broccoli Cheese Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese, divided, 1/4 c. milk and 1/4 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain and spoon into a tightly greased 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.
Set aside. Combine soups, 1/2 cup cheese, milk, mayonnaise, eggs and red pepper.
Spoon soup mixture evenly over broccoli.
Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and paprika.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
