Broccoli-Cauliflower Casserole
Broccoli-Cauliflower Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, 1/2 (8 oz.) jar cheese spread and 1 (3 oz.) can french fried onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook broccoli and cauliflower together in boiling water just until tender; drain.
Stir chicken soup, cheese spread and half of the onion into the drained vegetables.
Turn vegetables mixture into a 1-quart casserole.
Bake in a 350Β° oven about 20 minutes. Sprinkle remaining onions on top.
Bake 5 minutes more.
