Broccoli Casserole
Broccoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. finely chopped onion, 6 tbsp. butter, 2 tbsp. flour, 1/2 c. water and 1 (8 oz.) jar processed american cheese spread, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Saute onion in 4 tablespoons of butter until soft.
Stir in flour.
Add water and cook over low heat, stirring until mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
Blend in cheese.
Combine sauce and broccoli.

Turn into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Cover with cracker crumbs.
Dot with remaining butter.
