Broccoli Casserole
Broccoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. milk, 1 c. shredded sharp american cheese, 3 c. herb seasoned stuffing, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and 4 beaten eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a saucepan, heat and stir together the milk and cheese until blended; remove from heat.
In a mixing bowl, gradually stir hot mixture into eggs.
Add stuffing, broccoli and 1/4 teaspoon salt; mix well.
Turn mixture into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole pan.
Bake, uncovered, at 325Β° for 45 minutes.
