Broccoli Casserole
Broccoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. mayonnaise, 2 eggs, well beaten and 1 c. sharp cheese, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cook broccoli for 5 minutes in boiling water.
Drain well. Combine soup, mayonnaise, eggs, cheese, pepper to taste and onion. Mix well.
Add broccoli and spoon into a lightly greased Pyrex dish.
Dot with butter and sprinkle with crushed crackers.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Serves 10.
