Broccoli Casserole
Broccoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 yellow onion, chopped fine, 1 c. mayonnaise and 2 eggs, well beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook broccoli 5 minutes in boiling water.
Drain well. Combine soup, mayo, eggs, cheese, onion and salt and pepper to taste.
Mix well; add broccoli.
Spread in casserole dish (greased with Pam).
Dot with butter or margarine and sprinkle with crushed Ritz crackers.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
