Britches Patches
Britches Patches is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. pioneer biscuit and baking mix, 1 c. milk and 1/2 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix Pioneer mix and milk together until thoroughly blended. Roll out on floured board until about 1/4-inch thick. Cut into squares about 2-inches wide.
In a large skillet, melt 2 or 3 tablespoons margarine.
Brown the squares in melted margarine until brown on each side.
If margarine begins to burn, wipe out skillet with damp paper towel and use fresh margarine for next batch.
Serve with honey or Grandpa's Famous Maple Syrup.
