Brisket with Mustard Sauce
Brisket With Mustard Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with brisket (any size), 1 large chopped onion, 1 bay leaf, 3 tbsp. prepared mustard or tomato catsup and 3 tbsp. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Boil any size brisket in large heavy kettle with chopped onion and bay leaf.
After 3 to 4 hours, remove to roasting pan.
Scrape off and remove all fat.
Spread with sauce: prepared mustard, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce.
Spread over all sides of brisket.
Place in 450Β° oven and bake 15 minutes, just before serving.
Slice and serve.
