Breasted Potatoes
Breasted Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 7 medium russet or idaho potatoes, 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted, 1/4 c. salad or olive oil, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Wash and dry the Potatoes.
Mix Oil into pan with melted Butter; add Garlic Powder, Salt and Thyme Leaves mixing thoroughly. Quarter the dried Potatoes and drop a few at a time into the mixture; coating completely.
Place in a 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish. Continue until all Potato pieces have been covered and added to the baking dish.
Bake at 325 for 1 hour; turning halfway through the time.
Quantity depends on the serving sizes for the eaters.
