Breakfast Pizza
Breakfast Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. ham, diced, 1 c. american cheese, diced, 2 eggs, 3 medium potatoes, diced and 1 1/2 c. bisquick, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Use skillet the size of a dinner plate.
Brown potatoes in well-greased skillet.
When potatoes are done, add ham.
Combine eggs, Bisquick and milk; mix until smooth batter (consistency of pancake batter).
Add cheese.
Pour over potatoes and ham; cover and cook approximately 15 minutes or until batter rises, using medium heat.
Lay dinner plate upside-down in skillet and flip everything over onto plate.
This is done by gripping skillet handle with one hand and placing other hand on plate.
Flip quickly, then slice it back into skillet to finish cooking, about 5 to 10 minutes.
