Breakfast Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. bulk pork sausage, 1 pkg. refrigerator crescent rolls, 1 c. frozen loose-pack hash brown potatoes, thawed, 1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese (4 oz.) or swiss or monterey jack and 6 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook sausage until browned.
Drain fat.
Separate rolls into 8 triangles.
Place in ungreased 12-inch pizza pan, with points toward center.
Press over bottom and up sides to form a crust. Seal perforations.
Spoon sausage over crust.

Top with Cheddar cheese.
