Breakfast Pizza
Breakfast Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pizza dough, 2 oz. thin prosciutto, 8 oz. ricotta cheese, 2 tsp. grated lemon peel and 2 medium peaches, peeled and sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Spread dough out on oiled pizza pan.
Bake 8 minutes on bottom rack in 450Β° oven.
Cut Prosciutto into strips.
Mix Ricotta and lemon peel.
Spread or drop Ricotta mixture on pizza crust. Arrange Prosciutto, peaches and grapes over Ricotta.
Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over pizza.
Bake about 5 minutes, until fruit is warm.
