Breakfast Egg Casserole
Breakfast Egg Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 slices bread (no crusts), 1 lb. bulk sausage, drained, 6 eggs, 2 c. milk and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Place 6 slices of bread in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch ungreased dish.
Cook the sausage.
Drain.
Place sausage on top of the bread.
Mix together the eggs, milk, salt and cheese.
Pour over the sausage.
Let set overnight in the refrigerator.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
