Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 slices bread, cubed, 1 lb. sausage, 2 c. milk, 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Lightly butter a 2-quart casserole dish.
Cover bottom with bread cubes.
Brown sausage in a skillet, breaking up meat with a fork while browning.
Drain and spread over bread cubes.
Put milk, salt, mustard and eggs in a bowl.
Mix well.
Pour over sausage and top with grated cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350Β° for 50 to 60 minutes.
Serves 6.
This is also good for supper served with green beans and sliced tomatoes.
