Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. cubed french bread, 3 c. cubed ham or 1 lb. sausage (fried and drained), 1/2 lb. cubed cheddar cheese, 1 tbsp. flour and 1 tbsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Butter 9 x 13 baking dish.
Mix flour, dry mustard, and melted butter.
Layer 1/3 bread, ham, cheese and then sprinkle with the flour, mustard, butter mixture.
Beat eggs and milk and pour over casserole.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake uncovered at 350 for one hour.
