Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. cooked sausage (crumbled), 1 doz. eggs, 1 loaf bread, 2 c. heavy cream or half & half and 2 c. shredded cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In a greased casserole dish (9x13) cube bread pieces.
Spread crumbled sausage and cheese over the bread pieces.
In a separate bowl combine the eggs, cream, mustard and salt and pepper together. Mix well.
Pour egg mixture over the bread, sausage and cheese in the casserole dish.
Let this sit overnight in the refrigerator. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 - 1 1/2 hours.
Enjoy with fresh fruit.
