Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 slices bread, cubed, 10 oz. medium sharp cheddar cheese, grated, 1 lb. sausage, 4 eggs and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cube bread and place on bottom of a greased casserole dish. Grate cheese and sprinkle on bread.
Cook sausage and drain. Place between paper towels to rid excess grease.
Then sprinkle over the cheese.
Beat together eggs, milk, dry mustard, salt and cayenne pepper.
Pour over casserole.
Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour (uncovered).
Goes well with Curried Fruit.
