Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. frozen hash browns, 1 pkg. little cheddarwurst or smokies (or can use cubed ham or canadian bacon), 1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (or colby-monterey jack shredded cheese), 1/2 tsp. dry mustard and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Pour hash browns in a glass 9 x 13-inch pan. Place meat on top of potatoes.
Sprinkle cheese on top of meat. Mix eggs, milk, dry mustard and salt; beat well.
Pour over top of casserole. Bake at 350Β° for about 45 minutes or until an inserted knife comes out clean.
Serves 8 to 10.
