Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. bulk sausage, 9 eggs, 3 c. milk, 1 1/2 tsp. salt and 12 slices bread, cubed with crust removed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Brown sausage; drain and cool.
Beat eggs with milk and add bread and salt.
Stir in cheese and sausage.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch dish (or pan) cover with fill and refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before baking.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes uncovered.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serves 8 to 10.
