Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 slices white bread, remove crust and cube, 1/2 c. swiss cheese, shredded, 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded, 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms (optional) and 1 lb. ground sausage, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Oil a 9 x 13-inch pan and cover with bread cubes.
Fry sausage and drain well.
Sprinkle sausage over bread and sprinkle cheese over sausage.
Combine milk, slightly beaten eggs and seasonings. Pour over sausage mixture.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes or until set.
Very good for breakfast or brunch.
