Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 slices white bread, broken into pieces, 1 1/2 lb. sausage, cooked and drained, 3 c. cheese, shredded (sharp), 2 3/4 c. milk and 3/4 tsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Place bread in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch casserole.
Shred cheese and place on top of bread. Sprinkle sausage over cheese. Mix 2 1/4 cups milk, mustard and eggs together and pour over casserole. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight.
Mix the soup with 1/2 cup milk and pour over casserole. Cook 1 1/2 hours at 300Β°.
Serves 8.
