Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. bulk sausage, 3 slices bread, cubed, 6 eggs, 1 c. sharp cheese or use colby or baby swiss and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook and drain sausage.
Spread sausage in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish or smaller is better.
Sprinkle cubed bread over the sausage. Beat eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper.
Pour egg mixture over bread and sausage.
Top with grated cheese.
Refrigerate overnight. Bake 45 minutes at 350Β°, uncovered.
