Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. croutons, seasoned, 2 c. grated cheese, 8 eggs, beaten, 4 c. milk and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Put croutons in bottom of pan with cheese next.
Mix rest of ingredients, except bacon or sausage. Pour over top.
Put foil over top and let stand overnight in refrigerator.
Next morning, put bacon or sausage over top. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 325Β°.
Serves 4 to 6.
