Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. bread cubes, dried, 1 c. ham, diced, 1/2 onion, chopped, 1/2 green pepper, chopped and 1 carrot, finely chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Saute onion, pepper, carrot and celery.
Add to bread cubes, ham and 1/2 cheese; mix well.
Pour into greased oblong casserole pan.
Beat egg and milk; pour over bread.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake 1 hour at 350Β°.
Add rest of cheese. Continue until cheese is melted.
