Breakfast Burritos
Breakfast Burritos is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 slices bacon, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 2 large tortillas, 3 eggs and 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Cook bacon in nonstick pan until browned.
Pour off fat. Drain on paper towel.
Crumble and reserve.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in pan.
Add tortillas, one at a time, cooking for about 30 seconds or until softened, turning halfway through cooking.
Drain on paper towel.
Beat eggs and pepper in small bowl.
Heat remaining 1 tablespoon of oil in pan over medium heat.
Add eggs and cook, stirring just until set.
Sprinkle cheese down center of tortilla.
Top with eggs and bacon.
