Breakfast Bake
Breakfast Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 slices white bread (no crusts), 2 c. bacon, cooked, 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese, 6 eggs and 3 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Butter bread and place in bottom of 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Top with bacon (can substitute sausage or a vegetable) and cheese. Mix eggs, milk, salt and mustard.
Pour into dish.
Cover and let set in refrigerator overnight.
In the morning, mix cornflakes and melted butter.
Pour on top of casserole.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour. Makes 8 to 12 servings.
