Breaded Pork Chops
Breaded Pork Chops is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 6 large thick pork chops, 2 c. dry bread crumbs, 1 c. flour (all-purpose), 1 tbsp. crisco oil and 2 to 3 tbsp. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Put flour in one pie plate, bread crumbs in the other and beat egg, oil and water in the 3rd one.
Roll pork chops (each one) in flour first, then egg mixture and then bread crumbs.
Do chops on both sides.
Put the wire rack across your sink and place each pork chop on the rack to dry after you have rolled it in the bread crumbs, 1/2 hour to dry.
