Bread With Sausage And Cheese Filling is an easy dinner. Made with 2 loaves frozen bread, 1 1/2 lb. shredded swiss cheese, 6 eggs, 1 c. italian grated cheese and 2 1/2 lb. italian sausage (remove casings), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Thaw bread; mix cheeses.
Beat eggs; add cheeses.
Add to sausage that has been cooked and drained.
Mix well.
Roll out dough like a jelly roll.
Spread 1/2 the filling on each sheet of dough.
Roll up like a jelly roll.
Put in greased bread pan. Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
Makes 2 loaves.
