Bread Sticks
Bread Sticks is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/3 c. water, 2 tbsp yeast (in 1/2 c. warm water), 2 tsp salt, 1/2 c. sugar and 1/2 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix and knead until smooth.
Let rise once.
Punch down.
Roll dough in rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.
Cut in strips 3/4 inch wide or so.
Twist and place on greased baking sheet.
Brush with 1 beaten egg with 1 Tbsp water.
Add a sprinkle of seasoning salt or garlic salt, which ever you prefer.
Bake right away at 350Β° till light brown.
