Mix 1 cup brown sugar, 2 cups water, and 2 Tbsp. margarine and bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes. Pour into an 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Mix the biscuit mix, raisins, chopped pecans, 3/4 cup brown sugar and 1/3 cup water together and pour over syrup mixture. Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
