Bread Pudding
Bread Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 slices bread, cubed, 3 c. milk, 1/3 c. white sugar, 1/3 c. brown sugar and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In a well-greased casserole dish, mix milk and bread crumbs together.
Soak 5 minutes.
Stir in margarine, both sugars and salt.
Beat eggs well and add to mixture.
Stir in vanilla and raisins.
Set casserole in a pan of water.
Bake 1 hour or until done.
Test with knife in the center.
When done, drizzle on a powdered sugar glaze or serve plain.
