Bread Pudding
Bread Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 to 7 slices bread, cut into cubes, 1 1/2 pt. milk (may need more to cover bread), 6 beaten eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla and sugar to taste (i like mine sweet), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Put raisins in hot water to soak first; drain.
Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
Bake at 350Β° for about an hour or more.
Insert knife into center.
If clean, it is finished.
Before baking, place into a pan of water for baking.
