Bread Pudding
Bread Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. butter, softened, 8 slices bread and 4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Beat eggs, sugar and butter together, then add bread crumbs, milk and salt.
Place in glass 2-quart casserole dish and just before baking add raisins, vanilla and cinnamon on top.
Bake 1 1/2 hours or until set in 325Β° oven.
