Bread Pudding
Bread Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter, 3 eggs, slightly beaten, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt butter.
Combine with eggs, salt, vanilla, sugar and milk. Stir until sugar is dissolved; pour over bread cubes.
Pour into a 9-inch square pan.
Bake at 375Β° for 45 to 50 minutes.
Serve cold with whipped cream or warm with sauce.
If bread is dry, heat in the milk slightly before adding the other ingredients.
