Bread Pudding
Bread Pudding is an easy dinner. Made with 4 slices white bread, 1 c. brown sugar, 1 1/2 c. milk or light cream, 1 tsp. vanilla and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Butter bread and take off crusts.
Cut into cubes.
In a double boiler, put brown sugar with bread cubes on top.
In separate bowl, beat eggs, milk and vanilla.
Pour over bread cubes.
Do not stir.
Cover the double boiler and cook for 1 1/2 hours.
