Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Combine flours, sugars, cinnamon, soda and salt in large bowl.
Beat eggs, oil and vanilla in small bowl; add to dry ingredients and blend.
Stir in carrots, apple or zucchini, chips and walnuts.
Pour into greased and floured 6-cup or 8-cup bundt pan.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes.
Cool 30 minutes; remove from pan.
If desired, spread with Cream Cheese Glaze.
