Brazilian Toffee
Brazilian Toffee is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter, 2 c. sugar, 1 c. brazil nuts, blanched and chopped, 1/3 c. water and 2 tbsp. light corn syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Melt butter in heavy 8-inch skillet or heavy pan.
When melted, add 2 cups sugar.
Add Brazil nuts, water and corn syrup.
Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Cook slowly 25-35 minutes, stirring occasionally, to crack stage (hard ball), or 290Β°.
