Braunschweiger Cheese Ball
Braunschweiger Cheese Ball is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. braunschweiger, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 1/2 c. bacon bits and 1 medium chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Soften cream cheese to room temperature.
Combine braunschweiger, 1 package cream cheese, onion and half of bacon bits.
Mix thoroughly and form into ball.
Beat remaining package of cream cheese until fluffy, spread over outside of braunschweiger ball.
Cover completely and sprinkle with remaining bacon bits.
Chill.
