Brandy Pie
Brandy Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. whipping cream, 1/2 c. powdered sugar, 4 egg yolks, 2 tbsp. brandy and 2 tbsp. sherry (not cream sherry), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Whip the cream and slowly add powdered sugar.
Slowly add lightly beaten egg yolks, brandy and sherry.
Add nutmeg to taste and pour mixture into prepared shell.
Freeze 2 to 3 hours. Thaw a few minutes so pie will slice easily.
