Brandy Nut Cake
Brandy Nut Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. pecans, 1 1/2 c. halved maraschino cherries, 1 1/2 c. golden raisins, 3/4 c. flour and 3/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Combine fruit and nuts in a large bowl; set aside.
Combine flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
Add to fruit mixture; mix until well coated.
Beat eggs until frothy; add 2 tablespoons brandy.
Pour egg mixture over fruit and flour mixture; mix well.
Pour into greased and floured loaf pan.
Bake at 300Β° for 1 3/4 hour.
Wrap in brandy soaked cloth; wrap again in foil.
