Brandied Fruit Balls
Brandied Fruit Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs (about 65 wafers), 1 (14 oz.) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated), 1 (9 oz.) pkg. none such condensed mincemeat, crumbled, 1 c. chopped nuts and 1/3 c. chopped candied cherries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a large bowl stir together all ingredients except confectioners sugar or coconut until well blended.
Using about 1 teaspoon of mixture, roll in balls; coat with confectioners sugar or coconut.
Place on wax paper-lined baking sheets; refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
Store in refrigerator.
