Bran-Sunflower Nut Bread
Bran-Sunflower Nut Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. whole wheat flour, 1 1/2 c. shredded bran cereal, 2 tsp. salt, 1 1/2 c. water and 1/4 c. molasses or honey, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Grease 2 (8 1/2 x 2 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch) loaf pans.
Mix 2 cups flour, sugar, cereal, salt and yeast.
Heat water, milk, molasses or honey and 1/4 cup olive oil to 125° to 130°.
Stir into flour mixture.
Beat on low speed 1 minute, then on medium speed 1 minute.
Stir in nuts and remaining flour, one cup at a time.
