Bran Muffins
Bran Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. boiling water, 2 c. diced dates, 5 tsp. soda, 2 c. 40% bran flakes and 5 c. all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Pour boiling water over dates.
Cool and add soda.
Cream together sugar, eggs and remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Store in covered container in the refrigerator.
It will keep up to 6 weeks.
Do not stir!
Spoon into greased tins.
Bake at 400Β° for 20 minutes.
This will make 12 dozen muffins.
