Bran Muffins
Bran Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. all-bran, 2 c. boiling water, 1 c. + 3 tbsp. shortening, 2 1/2 c. sugar and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix all-bran and boiling water and let set.
Cream shortening and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Add Bran Buds, bran mixture, flour, soda, salt and buttermilk.
Cover and refrigerate.
Use as needed.
May be kept up to one month.
Bake without stirring again.
Bake at 450Β° for 20 minutes.
