Bran Muffins
Bran Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. bran flakes, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 egg and 1/4 c. light molasses, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Grease 12 muffin cups.
Toast bran flakes in oven for 5 minutes; cool.
Combine flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon; mix well.
Stir in bran flakes.
Beat eggs at low speed; add brown sugar, then molasses.
Beat in milk and salad oil.
Add to dry ingredients.
Spoon into cups.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
Remove immediately to wire rack.
Contain 150 calories each.
