Bran Muffins
Bran Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 5 c. flour (1/2 whole wheat and 1/2 white), 5 tsp. baking soda, 2 tbsp. salt and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine dry ingredients.
Mix eggs, buttermilk and Crisco, then mix with dry ingredients.
Bake in muffin tins at 400Β° for about 15 minutes.
Stores well in refrigerator for up to 6 weeks. This recipe makes a lot, 1/2 recipe may be plenty.
