Bran Loaf
Bran Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. (8 oz.) all-bran cereal, 1/2 to 1 c. raisins, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1 c. 2% or whole milk and 1 c. flour (i use whole wheat), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix cereal, raisins, brown sugar and milk well and let stand for 1 hour or longer.
Then add the flour and baking powder.
Put in a small, greased loaf pan.
Bake at 400Β° for 1 hour or less, until done.
When cool, refrigerate.
Doubles well.
