Bowl - 'Em over Salad
Bowl - 'Em Over Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. water, 1/4 c. butter, 1/2 c. flour, 1/8 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. caraway seed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Heat oven to 400Β°.
Boil water and butter in a saucepan.
Stir in flour, salt and seed all at once.
Stir vigorously over low heat until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms ball (approximately 1 minute).
Remove from heat and cool 10 minutes.
Add eggs one at a time, beating until smooth.
Spread batter evenly in bottom of greased glass 9-inch pan.
Have batter touching sides of pan; do not spread up sides.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes.
Cool slowly away from drafts.
The puff will form a bowl (high on sides and flat in the center).
Great filled with a seafood salad with a mayonnaise base with lemon.
