Sprinkle marshmallows over bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Combine gelatin and berries; set aside.
Mix remaining ingredients at low speed; then beat at medium speed for 3 minutes.
Spread batter over marshmallows; spoon gelatin-berry mixture over batter and bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Berries sink and marshmallows will rise.
