Bonny's Chicken Salad
Bonny'S Chicken Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 7 to 10 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 3 tbsp. chopped onion, celery to taste (i use 2 stalks), juice from 1 lemon and hellmann's mayo to taste (i start out with 2 to 3 heaping tbsp.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook and dice chicken breasts in food processor until fine. Pulp onion in food processor.
Add celery; again, pulp in food processor.
Squeeze lemon over chicken.
Add remaining ingredients and serve on croissants.
